Seems like the on-click hosters also get in trouble now. GEMA just started in Germany with rapidshare and now they want to bring more on-click hosters to court.
Rapidshare had to cancel the hosting service for rapidshare.de

You can’t buy advertising like this – even pay per click campaigns and advertising agencies the likes the world has never seen. Martian developer developers developers developers might come and snatch this guy from our midst and use his brain for web design, while using his large carcass for web hosting and server rack space. Yikes!

PHP-MAKER
Its definitely the biggest crap ever. I overtook a project this week. The guy said that the old “programmer” wasn’t able to maintain it anymore. Now I saw the source and I really know why *brrrrrr* it is shaking me. This tools produces so much redundant crap like I have never seen before. I think it is even worse than Frontpage.
