I was quite disappointed when I realized that I can’t play some of my music tracks I have bought in the iTunes store. I am using Amarok for all my music now, I think it is a great tool it does a lot of things it also supports the Album-art what I really appreciate a lot but it can’t play that DRM stuff.
It seems that the only way to decrypt the DRM audio files and convert them is making that with some tool. I made some searches on the internet and I found the QTFairUse on Digg some days ago.
The tool is for use in Windows with installed iTunes on it, this version already works with iTunes 7. You need to enter the login data when it comes to decryption, but after a while you have all your music back and very clean!
Sometimes it happens that it produces some error in output. Just restart the application or follow the tips in the readme.
